  3. Print and complete the booking form and send it with a £20 cheque for deposit for each workshop to: Sarah Bell, 32 Southbrook Road, Bovey Tracey, Devon TQ13 9YZ
     
  4. Your place will be confirmed by telephone when the booking has been received.
     
  5. If you require a gift voucher, please state on the booking form, and also give the name and address to be sent to. (Gift vouchers are valid for use for six months)
